Do you have an inventive mind? Here's your chance to prove it. All you have to do is come up with a really interesting invention to help people who are feeling a little weak. You know, ordinary people who probably haven't been eating well or drinking enough milk. And you could win (an awesome prize) for your idea.
What you need to send:
1. One digital image of your invention. (It could be a drawing, a blueprint or a photo of a model. Whatever works for you.)
2. Describe your invention. No more than 150 words.
3. Include specifications and a suggested retail price.

Contest open October 12, 2009 to 11:59 pm on February 1, 2010.
What are these awesome prizes, you ask?
Every month during the contest we’ll give away an iPod touch (32GB) or a Sony digital camera or a Sony MP3 player. (The winner can choose one prize.) A panel of experts will select the monthly winners based on originality and creativity. At the end of the contest the Weak Shop will also give away one Grand Prize. Again, the winning entry will be chosen based on originality and creativity. The Grand Prize winner will receive a MacBook Pro laptop loaded with Adobe Creative Suite. In addition, the winning entry will be turned into a prototype in collaboration with industrial designer Rob Johnston of Tangram Design. So get thinking and get drawing.
A few simple rules.
Anyone can enter. You can enter as many times as you like provided each entry is a different invention. And you retain the rights to your invention, even if you win. For a complete list of the rules click here. All entries will be displayed on theweakshop.com.

How to submit your invention.
Okay, so you’ve come up with a great invention for the weak. You’ve drawn it up or made a model or done a painting of it. Whatever works. After that’s done you have to give it to us in digital form. Simply scan it or take a digital photo of it.
Now you have to describe your invention. Does it have a name? How does it work? What would it be made from? What do you think the suggested retail price should be? What are the specifications (specs)? That sort of thing. Please keep your description to 150 words or less. And keep it clean.
Then fill out an entry form. Take a look at the Sample Entry below if you have any questions.
